Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring 2024-2026 batch Engineering/MCA graduates for the Digital (Software Engineer) role. CTC ₹7 LPA. Apply by 30 January 2026.
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has opened applications for the TCS Digital Hiring 2026 batch. This drive targets Engineering/MCA graduates from the 2024, 2025, and 2026 Year of Passing (YOP) batches for the Software Engineer role under the Digital cadre.
CTC & Compensation
- CTC: ₹7,00,000 per annum
- Joining Bonus: ₹60,000 (one-time, taxable)
- Service Agreement: 2 years (₹50,000 penalty for early exit)
Selection Process
- Round 1: Online Test (Aptitude + Coding)
- Round 2: Technical Interview
- Round 3: HR Interview
Selected candidates will be deployed across TCS offices in India (Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Kolkata) based on business requirement.

TCS has declared the Digital Hiring 2026 online test result. Shortlisted candidates can check their status on NextStep portal and book interview slots.
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has declared the online test result for TCS Digital Hiring 2026 (held on 15 February 2026). Candidates who appeared can check their qualification status on the NextStep portal.
What to Do Next (Shortlisted Candidates)
- Login to nextstep.tcs.com with your CT/DT reference number.
- Check the Application Status tab — it should now show "Shortlisted for Technical Interview".
- Book your interview slot between 25 Feb – 5 Mar 2026 (first-come, first-serve basis).
- Choose interview mode: In-person at TCS office OR Microsoft Teams (remote).
- Download the interview call letter and prepare required documents.
Required Documents for Interview
- Printed interview call letter
- Updated resume (2 copies)
- 10th, 12th, UG/PG marksheets (original + photocopy)
- Aadhaar card + PAN card
- 2 passport-size photographs
- Previous employment relieving letter (if experienced)
For Non-Qualified Candidates
Candidates who did not qualify can re-apply for the next TCS Digital drive (expected in July 2026). TCS does not share individual cutoff marks. The qualifying cutoff varies by branch and is set based on relative performance.
