She has contributed to the growth of Tally to its present position as a market leader in India and one of the leading software brands in the world. In addition to handling several key corporate responsibilities, she has been instrumental in promoting Tally and expanding the company's footprint globally. Sheela provides stability, wisdom and practicality to the Tally leadership and management. #### Mr. Bharat Goenka Mr. Bharat Goenka is the Vice Chairperson of Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. A technocrat at heart, he established Tally Solutions (earlier known as Peutronics) in 1986, under the guidance of his father Late Shri SS Goenka, to leverage technology to help entrepreneurs manage their business better. Under his dynamic leadership, Tally has grown from an accounting package for SMEs to a complete business software for all types and sizes of businesses. #### Mr. Tejas Goenka Tejas Goenka leads the overall business operations at Tally and manages the growth strategies for the company. Since taking over as the Managing Director, Tejas has been focused on driving transformation across the organization through operational effectiveness. He spearheads the Research, Engineering, Product Management, Strategy, and Business Development functions in the company along with Tally Education Pvt Ltd. An alumnus of University of Pennsylvania, he was inducted into Tally in 2011. His keen involvement and insights to the research & development team, has led to the launch of TallyPrime, Tally’s new-gen business management software. His interest in emerging markets and their economic potential has also led to the business investing in and expanding into the Middle East, Africa, South-East Asia, United States and Canada. Working towards the vision of making a connected business environment for small and medium businesses, he sees a tremendous opportunity to positively impact the lives of millions of entrepreneurs across the globe. Tejas has also been instrumental in leading Tally’s innovative selling and servicing partner networking approach that comprises of over 28,000 partners to a more accountable, higher quality network, which has resulted in aggressive business growth. Right from transitioning into the GST era with the enhanced product capability and distribution network to leading Tally’s to its 2 millionth license acquisition, he is known for his customer centric approach. Tejas enjoys reading, travelling and has an avid interest in Math. #### Ms. Nupur Goenka Nupur Goenka is the Executive Director at Tally Solutions, focused on leveraging technology and innovation to drive sustainable business growth for small and medium businesses (SMBs). With a deep commitment to people, culture, and purpose, she plays a crucial role in aligning core functions with the company’s long-term strategic vision. Living the philosophy of simplifying the lives of MSMEs with technology and products made for them, Nupur anchors Tally’s footprint expansion beyond India to the Middle East, Africa and South-East Asia. Under her guidance, the company is steadily progressing toward its Vision 2030 — to build a connected, inclusive, and technology-led ecosystem for MSMEs around the world. A strong advocate for mental health awareness, Nupur also spearheads Semicolon, a digital publication that explores the culture, art, science, and evolution of mental health through contributions from global experts.. An alumnus of Northwestern University, Nupur holds a bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Neuroscience and Business Studies. #### Abhishek Dalmiya Abhishek Dalmiya, the Global Head - Strategic Alliances and Developer Ecosystem at Tally Solutions, brings with him almost 25 years of cross-industry experience. With experience across diverse industries, Abhishek entered the technology space in 2000 by co-founding a start-up in the mobile application space and headed it for 8 years. In his 10+ years at Tally, Abhishek has owned multiple Tally versions and created a foundation for revolutionising digital banking for businesses.
